Sides and back are like a fortress but make the phone heavy and bulky. The slide or push pin for ring mute doesn’t work on my iPhone 7 . and after exposure to moisture I had water vapor under the screen protector which required dismantling the case which means manually loosening and later replacing six screws with a small Allen wrench. And finally, the charging port does not allow a right angle cable connection.has to have a straight connector to reach the charge port.It’s beefy and tough. but has design issues that could be easily fixed to make the case more functional / convenient. I am planning to replace it when I can find a lighter product with better water protection. The circle button at the bottom of the phone is accessible through a hole and the slot at the top is also open. not what I was expecting for waterproof and obviously how the moisture got under the protective glass.
