My first overall impression was not very good. It came in an Amazon envelope which offered little protection when shipped. Because of this, the vial wasn't even in the box, and the temperature of the serum was probably 90 degrees (the same heat as July outside in Florida). I'm concerned that the heat has weakened or spoiled the serum as the instructions clearly state that it should be stored "away from direct sunlight or heat". It's hard to say if this product works as I haven't seen any visible results or clearer skin yet (I took pictures for comparison). I will update my review once I have made a decision. In terms of fragrance and texture, it lays down smoothly and spreads widely. It is off-white in color with a slight medicinal odor that doesn't bother me. I used it on a clean face at night for 14 days. A few other reviews had results during this time, but I haven't yet. Update: Seems to be working and clearing up my complexion in some problem areas. I've been using it for about a month now.
