Very effective for personal hygiene
I've been using this deodorant for 2 years now and have never had any body odor problems since wearing it. I'll say I'm a healthy eater who showers at least every other day and doesn't sweat profusely, but it still works for me. Chips/breaks, you're lucky if you can still use it without scratching yourself. They are hygienic and serve for many years.
