Not working - code readers and scan tools
After connecting the device to two separate vehicles, I was unable to connect it to Bluetooth on my phone or laptop. None of them showed the device when scanning for a Bluetooth device. Because of this, I couldn't use it. The device came with an instruction CD, but this instruction could not be followed due to a Bluetooth issue. It was a bad buy.
