Ordered the Alltop recovery kit with receiver hitch. When delivered, was missing the receiver hitch and shackle. Upon notification to seller, they responded it was on backorder and gave me a date, 3 weeks out. Was notified as when was shipped, and they met their delivery date. Great working with them!The kit itself came with two shackles, the 30' strap, and nylon carrying case. Packaging neat, the heavy duty nylon bag clean and new, strap wrapped in plastic (will stay in it until needed). Solid construction of the shackles, pin easily screws in, no issues. Can fit the three shackles & strap into the carry bag - rear receiver hitch will go into my separate tool box. Glad to add this to my new offroading equipment.
