This "flush" camco has been on several buses and has always worked well. I thought about getting a newer "Turbo" model that was actually a buck or two cheaper, but decided to stick with something that has worked well for me in the past. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. The brass thread to which you connect the flushing hose has been crossed. It was a manufacturing defect. It has been returned to Revain and a replacement is on the way. Update - a few days later I got the replacement and this time everything looked fine. The black plastic nozzle at the end of a garden hose has been tested prior to installation. As other reviews have pointed out, a leak is possible; and tightening the fitting on the nozzle is pretty easy and usually all that is needed. Even if it was not the first time to install one, it always takes some courage to drill through a plastic tank with this hole saw. It's about being careful not to make a mistake. Installation went smoothly and I waited 24 hours for the silicone sealant to dry before testing. Water was dripping from the male threaded brass hose connector as you can see in the picture. Tightening the clamp only made the leak worse. The hose fitting was assembled cold so the stiff vinyl hose may have needed help to assemble the fitting. The instructions mention using warm water but had a heat gun on hand so used it to soften the hose and reattach the brass hose fitting. It was allowed to cool and then the clamp was tightened. This fixed the dripping and everything worked as intended.
