Just wanted to share this because I hate when a product gets bad reviews for no reason. First, I didn't notice any kinks in the hose...looks like Camco changed the packaging and fixed that issue. Second, there's no reason to be afraid...yes, you're poking a hole in your storage tank, but even if you made a mistake, it would be easy to fix by adding a scab patch and trying again. Good. As other reviews say, the concept works! It does an excellent job of cleaning the tank. Get a clear plastic lens so you can "see" the difference. It's all about getting the connection (the hole you're drilling) as high up in the tank as possible. Allow space around the entire perimeter of the mounting flange for a good seal. I received this product yesterday and installed it today. I've used this particular dishwashing sprayer before and I know it will do its job well. The reason I am giving two stars is not because of the performance but because of the very poor presentation. As I read in many other reviews, the clear tubing was so twisted it was almost unusable. I spent twenty minutes carefully using the heat gun and finally got the hose into a usable shape. Hopefully the heat hasn't weakened the hose too much. I

This "flush" camco has been on several buses and has always worked well. I thought about getting a newer "Turbo" model that was actually a buck or two cheaper, but decided to stick with something that has worked well for me in the past. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. After reading rave reviews and trying to clean the tank from inside the trailer I decided I needed 2 of these. One for the black tank and one for the gray tank. For the money, this is one of the biggest upgrades you can make to any RV. However, I highly recommend crawling under your RV to see if there are any easily accessible mounting points before purchasing, as you will need to use a hole saw to cut through the tank.
