Good. As other reviews say, the concept works! It does an excellent job of cleaning the tank. Get a clear plastic lens so you can "see" the difference. It's all about getting the connection (the hole you're drilling) as high up in the tank as possible. Allow space around the entire perimeter of the mounting flange for a good seal. The nozzle should be mounted on the same side of the cistern as the drain, pointing to the other side of the cistern and not blocked by the toilet inlet pipe as instructed. Get a Camco Water Bandit for landfills with no tap on the flush hose! Tag this bandit for sewage only. Poorly. The female plastic hose connector slipped off the return insert flange midway through my second ride and started leaking (luckily clear water). Ditch the plastic hose connector and buy a metal connector for your washing machine. You will have to file the cuff a bit (up to 3/4"), but this makes for a much tighter connection that won't fail. This product would get a solid five stars if the plastic hose connector issue were fixed.
