I researched several large curved screens for my work. Pretty much everything was good/bad unless the price was over $500. For the price this is a great monitor. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and engineering of this monitor! The design even makes it easy to connect cables, which is never the case with electronics. Removable cover simplifies cable connections. It's even designed to be mounted with a wall mount or a larger desktop mount. I've read complaints about text clarity. NO PROBLEM! Things to look out for: A good HDMI cable. Don't break the bank, but don't buy a $2 cable either. Use the monitor's native resolution. That should be more than enough for office work. If you see any problems, it's probably your computer. Set the refresh rate on your laptop to 60Hz. The monitor supports 85 Hz, but there may be problems with the HDMI cable and/or the computer. I don't use it for gaming, so there are no comments here.
