Very reliable little radio built as an FCC Type 90 device so with PTT disabled on certain frequencies I can hear local PS frequencies and still talk on the HAM side. However, the leadership is pure Chinglish. The sound is clear, not too complicated for manual programming. Compact and fits easily in my Nissan Pathfinder. I use this radio for general radio control, search and rescue, and SkyWarn storm monitoring. I am very happy with this radio.
