Review on Contour Paddles Training Adjustable Swimming by Rob Parsons

I've been using flat oars for a few months and have had issues with carpel tunnel widening and numb fingers. Santa brought me a set of these contoured petals and I had *no* problems. There are several ways you can attach the handle under the straps, making the paddles "custom" in the broadest sense. Some of us have tested each other's new swim gear and found that some of us prefer wearing thongs. At the same time, the shape of the rudder looks very natural. I had the best shoulder workout with this set of paddles.
