Completely broken. I can't put zero, but I will. Only magenta is printed. waste of money. What now? Trying to get support is useless. I just want to waste so much time. I don't know where to find support for a replacement. These things cost too much to fail when you need them. Not happy at the moment. Will update if I find support, but it shouldn't be that hard. The printer asks me to contact HP but the website gives me a workaround that I can never find it, which just told me that my printer is out of warranty. But guess what. It's not the printer's fault. Dismal.update: It's good that HP contacted me about this. Got a partial refund for the cartridge the next day when they receive it. And now it's in the UPS system. I think some items are not used within 30 days of purchase simply due to the way life works. And that totally defective products need a full refund, but I wanted you all to know that they did SOMETHING. I might buy them locally in the future.
