I have always bought HP inkjet cartridges for my HP Envy 5055 and when I put them in today because it was time to replace them the test paper I received was blue. . So I checked again to make sure I put them in correctly, which I did, and proceeded with another test and the same problem persisted. I immediately went to the Revain website and decided to order another brand because ordering only HP ink cartridges was becoming almost impossible. I was finally able to order HP because as soon as I put in new cartridges I order a new set so I always have them at home when I need them. Of course I hope that you will give me a refund. I saved the boxes they arrived in to tell me what the next step is. I will also contact Revain by phone to resolve this issue. Many Thanks. Lucille Meyers rae41x@gmail.com.
