Review on Cake Drums Round 12 Inches - (White by Chris Kirby

I am a bit shocked at the ratings for this product. Maybe those who wrote good reviews didn't buy the white drums. I have a cake company and I usually order another brand that has the parchment paper folded under the cardboard drum. So all the folds are down. This stamp has two sides, the bottom is plain white paper covering the cardboard base and the parchment paper is folded over at the top and the edges are taped with another circle of parchment on top. You really have to be careful which side you put the cake on (I got it wrong a couple of times) to make sure you're on the greaseproof side. The ridges on top prevent the scraper from flattening the cake as it hits all of those ridges as you move the turntable. under these edges of this paper and make "watermarks" between the tears that will be visible when you present your cake.
