Review on Cuisinart CGS W13 Wooden Handle 13 Piece by Abbie Garcia

I really liked this product when I bought it but after only 2 uses one of the shells in the case became moldy. I'm not sure why. I contacted Cuisinart and couldn't find the person so I left a message. 2 days later someone called me back. He said Cuisinart has a 3 year warranty against product defects and asked me to email him photos of the product. I did it but I didn't get an answer. It's been over two weeks, which is ridiculous. So I wouldn't want to deal with Cuisinart again, which is very bad because I thought they had a really good reputation.
