The Jura cup warmer works wonders when it comes to the perfect espresso. The cups are warm enough to keep the coffee as hot as when you first served it. I noticed that the heating turns itself off if it is not used for a long time during the day. So if you drink espresso at the same time every day, make sure you turn the heat back on. I like this feature as it saves energy. If you love coffee and espresso like me then this is the perfect complement to the Jura 6 or any other espresso/coffee maker you own. I use mine every day!
