I like that it is simple enough so we can use without any training from our IT department at work! It has made things much easier when trying new services/companies out there - which was one thing before this service came along!! Nothing really but if you are looking into using something then give them some time because they do listen very well once customers start talking about how easy everything works together (and yes even though i dont know anything its still worth mentioning).
The customer support team does help however sometimes takes awhile after making an inquiry due problems being fixed by other departments within tail wind itself rather than just providing us straight away answers via email etc.. Also would be great having more options such as adding different types of insurance providers too instead only limited ones available currently through what's included already? Have been able solve many issues regarding my fleet management needs.
