Review on UMIDIGI A9 Cell Phone by Michael Boonme

I specifically called and asked if this phone would be compatible with Sprint and T-Mobile as the companies merge. I was so excited about the phone because it's big and takes amazing photos! I put my SIM card in and called Sprint. Incompatible. I then messaged the seller to see if they could unlock it. So far there is no answer. Revain Info says: FULLY UNLOCKED! I am extremely disappointed. It takes weeks to get a refund from Revain and I bought 2. one for my mother Very disappointed ☹️
