The product was packaged and delivered as stated in the order. I used them on a Kawasaki Mule. The roll cage bars are located near the smallest outside diameter that the harness can support. I actually took the straps and wrapped them around d twice and then put them back through the loop to tighten. It seems to work. The actual container is good and holds 20 ounces of bottled drinks. The problem with 12 ounce bottles is they bump against the metal frame and breaking glass is never fun. The only improvement I would like is a way to use an adjustable attachment strap instead of a fixed one. This allows rods with a smaller outside diameter to be used with padded rollers.
