Cheaply made, doesn't seem durable.

This product is objectionable and the information on the Revain site is incorrect or misleading. First, it doesn't have a 36-inch reach. A dim lamp might reach 36 inches, but the lamp arm is only about 29 inches long. That. Second, this lamp is not an all-metal construction. The base and adjustment knobs are made of plastic. Cheap and flimsy plastic, nothing heavy and durable. In addition, the bulb is weak and has a terrible color; The first thing I did was get a new one. They didn't even have to include one. The biggest advantage of this lamp is the price, but if it breaks after a few months then it's just not a bargain.
