Weak metal, breaks!

Second. The first one broke within the first 30 minutes of my free quilting. Replacement requested, returned with no problems. They actually sent a new one the same day. We'll be second. It held at least 2/3 of the ceiling, but then broke like the first one. Worst of all I am now stuck with a broken leg with open toes as I have already returned one.
