When I opened the package I was surprised because I had forgotten that a case and clip were included. It took a little effort to separate the top frame cleanly from the bottom frame, but it was exactly the same as the main competitor OB. The inside of the hard shell is lined with a very thin layer of slightly spongy foam that cushions the back of the phone. The elastic snaps neatly into place as the bezel snaps around the phone's body. I'm really impressed because it looks and feels like their competition. It took me a while to figure out how to rotate the clip to become a kickstand. In my experience, I could see that there was a small notch that needed to snap on the top of the clip. It took some effort, but managed to snap in very neatly and behaves like a stand for watching TV or YouTube. I noticed that some reviews said the belt clip doesn't rotate. It is not true. It takes careful effort to get it to turn, and it twists in several different directions and clicks firmly in every position. For anyone looking, there is a small notch at the top of the clip that needs to be attached to the top edge of the clip. When the clip is attached with the small stand, the stand function works normally. To rise from the stand, gently detach the top tab while holding the clip open and it returns to the belt clip. I have included photos showing the belt clip at an angle so I can stand on the individual parts of this case. I would recommend this to anyone and unfortunately it's snapped around my phone so I won't be posting a picture. It was a good experience overall; ordered on sunday and this morning, tuesday, it came. If things change over time with use and wear and tear I will edit my comment.
