Well what can I say this case has already been tested. I work for an advertising company. Everyone brought their cell phones to the sign. And he fell about 20 feet to the ground and hit the gravel. The only caveat in this case is that the back isn't very "grippy". My old Otterbox Defender no longer supports wireless charging and to be honest the color choices leave a lot to be desired. This brand is VERY SUITABLE. This protected my phone from a few small drops, but I didn't have the guts to attempt a 'normal' drop from a height where my phone would bounce around on the ground only to get out unscathed. I originally wanted to get the Defender Series for my Note8 but $60 just didn't suit me. Then I stumbled across this case and for a fraction of the price this case gives me the same protection along with a belt clip. I have also paired this case with the Zagg Invisible Shield HD+. Now I don't worry about dropping my phone anymore. Great case! PS I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because the charging port cover is quite difficult to open and put back on, but it is very small.

UPDATE: So I've been using this as my main case for a few weeks. And I have to say it's good for fall protection; and rough use. However, this will break your protective film. I figured it was my screen protector's fault, but the results were the same after I swapped out the protectors for a different brand. FIRST. For people who say it doesn't fit, take off the rubber sleeve. Inside is a hard plastic case that is disassembled by pulling on the clips marked with arrows. Put your phone in and then install the rubber case. Now that said, there should be instructions on how to do this as I see most people don't know how.
