Great tool for managing your room rate program
It's very easy to use and has many useful features. I like that it can be used on both Mac and PC, and that it syncs with our other apps. The desktop app doesn't have as many features as the mobile apps, but we don't really need them all the time. We've been able to streamline our processes and save money by using Lodgit Desk. We also love how easy it is to get new employees up to speed because of its intuitive interface. There are some things we'd like to see added in the future, such as more reporting tools and better integration with other services. We've saved time and money by being able to track our reservations and bookings so much easier than before.
Pros
- Easy access for anyone
- Allows us great flexibility when working from multiple locations.
- Makes keeping records simple & efficient even if there isn’t an internet connection or wifi available at your work location (as long you sync often enough)
Cons
- Occasionally struggles performing basic functions eases once computer becomes warm up
