Second time in rainy weather in Seattle, first review; Fits well over shoes, size up on size. 11 boots. Keeping warm/cool from the wind but not very waterproof I think good for splashing mud etc but it still rains depending on the length of the ride/how long it takes to soak in. I have 5 miles, I have to work before the rain gets on my socks but the shoes are wet. Great for the price, maybe two pairs would be the way to go at this price!
