not waterproof but warm

Worn on a rainy 50 mile bike ride. Feet quickly got wet and water flowed into the shoes. These covers offered little to no water protection and may have even helped keep water in my shoes. However, they protected from the wind and kept my feet warm. On warm rainy days (above 55°F) this may be fine if you can tolerate wet feet.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Good fit, good value for money

Size L goes great with my size 44 road bike boots. Although the material is thin they have held up very well this winter and are fully protected from the wind. With a pair of wool socks under my road boots and another pair of wool socks on top, I've been happy with these overcoats on a 1 hour trip at 28 F. 35-50 F, and wool socks under my boots are sufficient. .

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • So-so

Good but not great for cycling

Second time in rainy weather in Seattle, first review; Fits well over shoes, size up on size. 11 boots. Keeping warm/cool from the wind but not very waterproof I think good for splashing mud etc but it still rains depending on the length of the ride/how long it takes to soak in. I have 5 miles, I have to work before the rain gets on my socks but the shoes are wet. Great for the price, maybe two pairs would be the way to go at this price!

I liked what I received - Size fits me large

The overshoes I received were exactly what I wanted. They look and feel windproof and water-repellent. I liked how they are made and look good quality. Unfortunately, the size Large recommended for my size 43.5 is too big for me. The overshoes are loose enough that I'm concerned that the toe box won't hold securely. I would recommend Large for shoes from a size of 45 EUR. I will order new medium size overshoes.

Flash is weak, poor design, took 2 rides! Don't buy these

These fit well. I'm the right size for my shoes, the problem is the zippers and cuffs don't fit. I've come to the conclusion that you can't have zippers on the back of the boots because it's too tight when pedaling and those zippers failed on ride 2 on the left and then on ride 3 on the right. I don't care about refunds but would advise anyone serious about riding in the cold to look into a velcro or side closure. it's really rubbish. Sorry but they are.

Fairly durable overshoes

I bought 2 pairs of these relatively inexpensive overshoes specifically for gravel riding. I did my usual step of wrapping a layer of tape around the section covering the bottom of the shoe, which extends the lifespan as this is an area that walking can damage. They proved to be quite durable, surviving two months of use. They keep my feet warm and my shoes reasonably clean and dry, although water can seep into the shoes through the open bottom. As such, it's still best to wear a waterproof…

Outstanding protection against wind and water

I have worn them several times since I received them. The first ride was in the high 30s and dry. My feet stayed warm throughout my 13 mile ride. Towards the end of the ride, the coldness of my toes decreased noticeably. The second ride was after a winter rain/snow on a gravel road. My feet stayed warm and dry throughout the ride. My shoe size is US 10 or 10 1/2, I bought a large and they fit snug enough that I have to be careful when putting them on the ratchet of my cycling shoes. Overall I…
