not waterproof but warm

Worn on a rainy 50 mile bike ride. Feet quickly got wet and water flowed into the shoes. These covers offered little to no water protection and may have even helped keep water in my shoes. However, they protected from the wind and kept my feet warm. On warm rainy days (above 55°F) this may be fine if you can tolerate wet feet.
