This is a powerful machine. The cup is huge. But there are two caveats: 1. The rubber seal in the blade cover is very difficult to pull out. You have a knife shoulder and be very careful. If you don't clean the closure and cap carefully, it will soon start to smell. It's just bad design.2. If you do not screw the cap on too tightly, liquid may spill out while mixing. Especially when the bowl is pretty full. This is very annoying. I usually mix briefly, take it off again, put the lid back on, put it back on, mix again briefly, I can take it off a second time to check the lid. Summary: It's not perfect, but once you customize your workflow to fit the specifics, you can live with this design. Aside from the rubber seal issue, it's otherwise pretty decent to clean. So not bad for the price.
