Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I have never had any problems with the Roccat Swarm software. Not with this headset, not with this Vulcan Aimo keyboard. I personally love Roccat products and this headset is probably one of the best I've owned. Prefer it to my Stealth 700 Turtle Beach headphones which I use with my Xbox. The surround sound is top notch and gives a huge advantage when playing FPS games like Warzone. The speaker and microphone quality is amazing and the comfort is excellent. You can literally wear them for hours without getting sore spots. Definitely an A+ addition to my gaming setup
