A cute bag with a few extras: It's large with lots of useful compartments for things like bottles, nappies and wipes. There is a shoulder strap. It stands on its own so milk or drinks won't spill. The only problem is that I actually received a 12" hospital bag and not a 10" diaper bag with side mesh pockets. I spoke to customer service and they were kind enough to send me a replacement, but I got the wrong one again. That would be 5 stars. If you want a small one maybe order a different color and hope they don't ruin it.
