I'm a new mom and I don't like carrying a big bag because I have to carry a big diaper bag. When I saw the size of this bag I was happy to get it because it was the perfect size! I just received it today and I'm already using it and already loving it. I love that this is a crossbody bag and the size is perfect to put a few things in. The zips work great and all the pockets also have extra space which is great! What I particularly like about it is the back pocket because I can stash and quickly access things I need often like a small ID/credit card holder, lip balm or cash.
