Flickering randomly like a license plate light

Update my review. Bought August 2019, review - February 2020. I installed them on my Pontiac G8 as license plate lights. One of the bulbs flickers on 3 of the 4 sides, the other bulb flickers intermittently on one side (these bulbs are essentially square with a cluster of LEDs on each of the 4 sides). I tried to rekindle the contacts as shown in the photos. and description, but this is not a matter of contact. I'll replace them with something else.
