unreliable shipping, low quality item

I ordered this items several weeks before Christmas and paid an EXTRA $30 to endure it would be received before Christmas. It time was more than a week AFTER Christmas arriving. I requested a refund of the $30 extra shipping payment and was refused. In addition, the quality was not worth the item price.

Very cheap material and one of the buttons fell off the first time I tried to unbutton it. You have to be very careful not to rip the buttons off. I also don''t like that theres no zipper, just buttons. Not worth the 40+ dollars.
