I expected mediocre quality, but it was a pleasant surprise.

I listen to them from the iPhone, it's either SBC or AAC. I understand that it is foolish to hope for quality in such conditions. I had the opportunity to walk with the Sony Xperia Z5 for a week, when connected to it, LDAC turns on and the sound is simply divine, better than with the IPhone Xs (4 years difference between them)😐. All frequencies play perfectly, a very soft sound and you don’t want to take off the headphones at all. But there are very few phones with LDAC and they all do not suit me. It’s better not to buy such headphones for the iPhone, it would be better if I took the Beats Studio 3.

Pros

I like the design, chic noise cancellation. Sound quality, but a little more in the shortcomings. Fold in ear pads. The set includes a carrying bag and an AUX - AUX cable, with an L-shaped one on one side. The plastic quality is nice. Unpacking is awesome, it feels like they worked on the packaging.

Cons

It infuriates that to turn on you need to hold the button for a few seconds, and not press or move any lever. After Bose, the Ae2W seem to be a bit heavy and unpleasantly pressed on the ear. They played out for a very long time, at the start I didn’t like the sound at all, a month later it became like not the cheapest ears should sound. I had to pick up the values in the equalizer of the official application for weeks, because the stock flat values \u200b\u200bdo not sound at all. And then I didn’t find how to make the sound of drums a little more expressive, to be honest, on the contrast, EarPods seem more suitable for listening to rock and metal, albeit less details, but all frequencies without kinks. Noise canceling turns on every time the headphones are turned on. They whine at maximum volume.
