I was apprehensive when purchasing this due to shipping concerns and reading some reviews about assembly. Myself and a few teens knocked this out in probably 8 hours total over the past weekend. Assembly instructions are simplly exploded view pictures and made step by step assembly pretty straight forward. Some clarifications on a few things would have been nice, but overall it was a simple enough build. I'd highly recommend a couple of drills/drivers with an Allen bit to save lots of time and frustration(adjust the torque to low enough not to overtihhten or strip the screws). If you have helpers that can do the basics like unpacking,organizing, and even basic assembly of some of the easier things, it's helpful.We did have rain soon after we finished and at the points that the long side gutter system is tied together in the center, water did leak there. A bead of silicone should resolve this. Solar lights and the recommended fans were an excellent addition.
