Total. This was the lever I was expecting and had to replace the old broken lever. The package does not come with a square back as shown in the picture. Nowhere in the product description does it say that the plate is not included. Advertised as a "kit". The factory seal of the packaging inside the shipping envelope has been broken, which isn't a big deal unless a detail is missing, of course. Was able to replace a square panel from the one I replaced so no big deal but basically want to collect everything I paid for. In all likelihood I'm pretty sure my experience with the product was accidental and the item is normally shipped as pictured.
