The pair I received has a tag on the bag, not a printed logo. The craftsmanship sucks, to say the least. The raised edges on the inside are sloppy and the material feels cheap. No drawstring waist. Fortunately, the legs are the same length. We need the pants so I won't be returning them, just know you're not doing a deal. It's probably a pair of $10 sweatpants. Time will tell if they can handle being washed and carried by a 14 year old.
