Not a quality product.
When I finally received this I was very surprised to see how disappointed I would be. I couldn't see the temperature as the LED appeared to have burned out. This straightener did nothing but rip my hair out no matter how much I pulled at a time! (I have fine hair but lots of hair) I found it didn't straighten well at all.
