It's cute but NOT - Jewelry

I wish I had my money back. There are no instructions or ways to blow up foil balloons unless you pay someone to do it at a party store and then the glue dots didn't work at all so I spent all night adding more glue dots to get what I could blow up to stay . It was a nightmare and not worth the money at all
