My wife and I are fed up with the loud sound of slamming (self-closing) kitchen cabinet doors. Our friends have used and recommended Rok Hardware soft-close dampers, which are $50 for 25 pack. After doing some research and realizing that you have to drill your cabinets (at an angle!) and bolt on dampers (and pay good money for it), I scoured Revain for cheaper, simpler alternatives. Presto! Self-adhesive scotch pads! We have a ton of it for about twelve bucks. Less than five minutes after opening a Revain pack, a quiet kitchen! Don't worry about the cabinet wood splitting due to installation mistakes. I am very satisfied, I can tell you that!
