Review on Tele-mail by Aries Boyce

The ease of use, how easy it was for me as an admin user with limited computer skills (I'm not tech savvy). It really helped us keep track of all our internal communications quickly without having multiple different systems running at once! I wish we could have more customization options when creating new rules/triggres but overall this has been very helpful so far!! We are able solve many issues by using tele mail live connect trigger instead of email threads going back & forth between employees who were out sick etc..
