Bought these headphones in March 2022. Now they are exactly two years old, it turns out. They look like new. Well, almost - if you know where to look, then the scuffs are visible. They never fell off my head. Headphones in general are very pleased. I didn't take them off for two years. Good sound, design, comfortable to wear. The button with basses is not needed, there are already too many of them. Very good volume margin and noise isolation: I do not turn up the volume when entering the subway car, which speaks for itself. The headphones died quite suddenly: I just took them off the table as usual, and the hinge of the left ear fell off. There were no physical effects. Probably just the hinge is tired, it has accumulated: I have not removed the headphones for these two years. In their own service center, for replacing the hinge (and with it the headband, heh, there are no other spare parts) they asked 8500 for the headband and 1100 for work. They cost as much as new. I will try to disassemble and repair it myself, since all the screws are visible. So keep in mind that the headphones are disposable, as, in general, are many other products from Sony and other large companies that are not interested in people fixing something. If I don't fix it, then to hell with them, they've done their job - I've wanted to try Parrot products for a long time.
