Review on Rain-X 5079281-2 Latitude 2-IN-1 Water Repellency Wiper Blades Review by Bryan Gallardo

We've had them for a few months now but don't ride too often and especially not too often in the rain. These wipers appear to be good and have decent reviews; However, you are EXTREMELY INSECURE. After a few minutes of using these wiper blades, the rubber portion of the wiper blade will separate from the wiper, completely reducing the effectiveness of the wipers. This happened to us during the heavy rains currently hitting the East Coast (Summer 2018). In heavy rain, I had to completely forgo using windshield wipers to prevent the rubber part from flying off. When we got home I looked at the blade. The attachment of the rubber to the blade is held in place by a tiny plastic tab that literally does nothing. This is a serious safety hazard and I can't believe these blades weren't recalled. I've attached some pictures of what's going on.
