We got this and my kid was so excited. She has vision problems and needed a big screen but we're poor and all the reviews say it's a pretty good product. It's not like this. The screen quality that we could live with is not outstanding. But clay. The sound is just awful, it hurts both her ears and mine. Although we had to be very, very quiet to hear it. It was terrible. She plugged in her headphones so she could hear louder. It was, but I could still hear it. CM. We are so disappointed. I called Revane and nobody helped us. There is no return label available for return. I don't want this product. Do not buy this product. The first thing that happened was the label on the back came off. Oh I had to take it! SMX. Just an awful experience. And I'm stuck with $163 shit. Yes, I bought 40 guarantees. But if we use it, I have to pay for it. I want my money back! For product and warranty.
