Review on Enhanced Comfort and Durability: Petmate SnooZZy Quilted Kennel Mat by Karen Montanez

I bought this mat to cover my ferret's cage area hoping it would be soft on his paws and make it less noisy when he's itching on the plastic tray. The boy was surprised as he immediately started rubbing all over the mat as soon as I put him down - he loved it! After an hour or two he fell sound asleep on it. It blocks noise and offers another sleeping area, but the carpet folds down as other reviewers have pointed out. Even if you have a scratching post, the line will start to go up. There are grippy dots on the underside of the mat that keep it in place, but not close enough - my ferret moves it easily. It's not the best pet mat, but my ferret loves it. It's easy to clean, the price is right and I'll most likely order another one to replace the current one.
