Enhanced Comfort and Durability: Petmate SnooZZy Quilted Kennel Mat Review

Flat. No pillow. Thickness less than 1/2 inch. The thinnest 'quilt' I've ever 'seen'. Even a kitten will crush him. A "comfort" liner would not want to travel long distances and use it on any of my pets. It just wouldn't be comfortable enough. A half folded towel would have been much better! the manufacturer has gone too far, don't you "think" to put an adequate "GASKET" between these layers?! What a disappointment these days.

My dog definitely missed it by the bell and is still kicking. My very destructive/aggressive beagle destroyed EVERY bed we bought her. She suffers from separation anxiety so she gets naughty in her cage. This is the only rug that actually worked. We had some issues with her going to the toilet in a drawer so we had to wash the carpet several times a day. The rug is still in excellent condition even after long wear and frequent washing. Highly recommended!

I hate leaving reviews like this but: If your dog is acting more like a human and not scratching his bed like dogs do, then they are in order. but if, like many dogs, they scratch and "make the bed" first, forget it. Plush fibers are pulled out. As of this writing, ALL the pads I've bought are in the trash and gone. For small dogs doing what my rescuers do, it's a health hazard, meaning if dogs ingest too much of it, problems can arise. In fact, these fibers were scattered throughout the house.

I bought this mat to cover my ferret's cage area hoping it would be soft on his paws and make it less noisy when he's itching on the plastic tray. To be honest when I was looking for a liner for our new drawer I just wanted to pick the cheapest liner that would fit. Even if it meant a replacement in a year.
