Solid five. Has some pros: An excellent device, plus - four toasts at once, or you can do 1 and 2. and 3. A very convenient closer for removing toasts - I didn’t have this on the previous tefal. Its cons: When all 4 are turned on to the maximum, it heats up, but cools down quickly after turning it off. Didn't find any others.
