Purchased to light up storage spaces in a van. I tested each light strip as soon as it arrived. No questions. All LEDs work, according to my test device (Mark I eyeballs built in 1961, but the calibration is probably far off) the light is even and without weak points. The LEDs glow at 8VDC, nicely subdued. Would have been a great "night light" with this voltage. It runs without problems up to 14VDC. They run on 12V DC so I don't expect any problems. All lights came with full length double sided tape and two screw in brackets (no screws). The lines are 7 inches long. The images included in the product description are misleading as these lamps require a hard wired connection to a DC power source. One of the shots shows a woman holding a light in a tent with a standard 120VAC extension cord, implying that the light is powered by an extension cord. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. Just note that these are 12V DC bulbs with no plug. I wish they would update their description so people don't give them 1 star ratings because these people are too lazy to do proper research or use critical thinking skills.
