I didnt have high Hope's for the price, just needed a cheap table for spare bedroom to put plants and pictures on. wow! We were surprised! Way sturdier than I would have imagined, I put it together myself in less than 10 minutes and no extra tools needed. The wood, I'm sure it isnt real wood but isnt that cheap partical board stuff, it was very thick strong quality and a beautiful color. I'm likely going to buy another one for downstairs since I like it so much. I just got one similar to it from home goods for like $100 and honestly if this table was taller I might return the $100 one and use this one! Check the height for what you need, it is kinda short, but that's what I needed for in front of a window, so it was perfect height for what I needed.
