Many years ago I took L-arginine in powder form in large doses during training (5-10g) as it made me feel good so I could train well , it's been decades and I haven't worked for years it seems (at least not on purpose lol). greater, longer-lasting effect. I started with one pill and was surprised when that familiar warm, relaxed feeling and "wake up" feeling spread, which my coffee hasn't been able to do lately. I think I'll try switching to these instead of coffee.
